Not only on an aesthetic level but also on a functional level, it is a very comfortable and practical house, it is noticeable that it has been designed considering our lifestyle and reflecting our priorities. I contacted MASU for the complete renovation of a 90 m2 apartment. The old apartment had a very classic, compartmentalized layout that didn't suit me. I have always wanted a modern and original space in a minimalist style. The collaboration with the MASU team throughout the entire upstream phase of our project was particularly pleasant: the team is responsive, professional, involved and easy to contact. His two proposals were interesting and they accepted with a good will to rework them when we evolved in our thinking. One of the solutions that I liked the most was the incorporation of an additional third bedroom that I can use as a living space most of the time thanks to a solution of large sliding doors. They also managed the coordination and monitoring of the site, allowing deadlines to be met at all times. We were able to carry out our project at a very controlled cost. When buying the villa of new construction the basement had remained unfinished. With this project we took the opportunity to create a room for the washing machine, a work-study area, a room to project films and a storage room.
